This Privacy Notice applies whenever you visit our European Mobile Drinks (EMD) website or otherwise interact with our personalized invitation for the European Mobile Drinks event (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you understand and do not object to the collection, disclosure, storage, and use of personal data as described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not want Wooga to collect, store, use, or share the personal data you provide in the ways described in this Privacy Notice, you should not use our Service.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Wooga collects personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating our European Mobile Drinks event.

- Visiting our Website

When you access our Service, some Usage Data may automatically be collected. Usage Data may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and unique device identifiers.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile Internet browser you use.

- Invite Link to EMD event

A personalized invite link for the EMD event may be sent to you via email or other forms of communication.

When you access our Service through the personalized invite link we will correlate your email address tied to the personalized invite link and your attendance confirmation (yes/no) as well as the date of response. No further personal data is collected.

- Cookies

No cookies are placed on your device when you access or browse the Service.

2. How We Use Personal Data

Usage Data is solely collected for the operating of the website. The data you provide relating to your attendance is solely used for the management of the EMD event.

3. How We Share Personal Data

We do not share your information with any third parties except:

• - to facilitate your attendance for the event. (E.g. stickers printing, attendees list for check ins) and
• - or legal compliance (e.g. in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or legal process).

Wooga’s affiliated companies are not considered third parties.

4. Your Rights

Depending upon the applicable law where you live, you may have the right to make requests with respect to personal data that Wooga processes about you, for example to request:

• - information
• - access
• - correction (or rectification) of personal data that you think is incorrect;
• - erasure (or deletion);
• - an electronic copy (or portability).

5. Retention, Security, and How to Contact Us

A. Retention

As we traditionally host the European Mobile Drinks bi-annually, we may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to continue inviting you to the event.

B. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data; however, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.
